Refund policy

30 day returns

You can return any VINYLUME order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The frame and discs must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Message us through our Contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your frame arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Return postage, import duties and taxes

For change-of-mind returns, the full cost of sending the item back to us is yours. This includes return postage and any import duties, taxes (such as VAT) or carrier handling fees charged when the return arrives at our returns address. Our returns address may be in a different country from yours, so an international return can attract these charges.

Any such charges we have to pay to receive your return will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for return postage or for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend a tracked and insured service.

For faulty or damaged items, return postage and any import charges are ours.

What we cannot refund

Items returned after 30 days, items that have been damaged after delivery, and orders missing their discs or packaging.
