Refund policy

30 day returns

You can return any VINYLUME order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The frame and discs must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Message us through our Contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your frame arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns the cost of sending the item back to us is yours. For faulty items it is ours.

What we cannot refund

Items returned after 30 days, items that have been damaged after delivery, and orders missing their discs or packaging.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 business days of placing it for a full refund. After that, if it has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will still try to stop it.
