Shipping policy

Every VINYLUME order ships free, worldwide.

Processing

Each frame is made to order, one at a time. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery takes on average 8 to 12 business days depending on destination. Remote regions and customs clearance can add a few days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan. If it has not moved after 7 days, contact us through our Contact page and we will chase it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will re-send it once you confirm the correct details.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty or local tax. These are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, send us photographs of the item and the outer box through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
