Shipping policy

Every VINYLUME order ships free, worldwide.

Made to order

Every VINYLUME frame is custom made for you, one at a time — nothing is pre-boxed on a shelf. Production takes around 7 to 10 days, and your order is dispatched with tracking as soon as it passes our checks, normally 7 to 12 days after you order. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Delivery

Most orders arrive 18 to 30 days after you place them, production and shipping included. Remote regions and customs clearance can add a few days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

Because each frame is made to order, your tracking link is created once production is finished and can take a few days to show its first scan. If it has not moved 14 days after you received it, contact us through our Contact page and we will chase it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will re-send it once you confirm the correct details.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty or local tax. These are set by your own country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, send us photographs of the item and the outer box through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
