About these terms

These terms apply to everything you buy from this store. By placing an order you accept them.

The product

A VINYLUME music player is a clear acrylic display frame measuring 7.9 x 7.9 in (20 x 20 cm) that plays audio files you load yourself. It ships with nine collectible discs, a memory card, a USB-C cable and a printed setup guide.

Music is not included

VINYLUME frames do not arrive preloaded with any music. You connect the frame to a computer over USB-C and copy your own MP3 files into the nine numbered folders. You are responsible for holding the rights to the files you load. We supply the hardware and the printed artwork only, and we do not supply, host, stream or distribute any recording.

Artwork and trade marks

The disc and insert artwork is our own original design. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any recording artist, band, record label or management company, and no such association is implied.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel and your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
